The Magic Pill to Melting the Fat Away

I remember when I was stationed in Guam and I had this guy…

He was assigned to my program called the Fitness Enhancement Program…

This program in the Navy was designed to help him to get the fat off because he was struggling, he was overweight by Navy standards and he was trying to get within weight standards…

So he was on my program and I remember he found out about this supplement, it was called Hydroxycut, it’s a thermogenic…

He found out about thermogenics and I could see the look on his face, he was just so proud of himself…

He was going to the gym, doing his workout with me and he was like ‘I am not worried about this, I have got this pill that you don’t even know anything about, man…

That makes me feel hot, I can tell the fat is just burning off my body’…

Needless to say, three months go by…

He didn’t take anything serious because he was taking this pill and he ended up failing again…

Two months later, he didn’t lose any body fat, but he was so proud of this thermogenic thing that he was taking…

So what happened?

He had this great pill…

He was going to lose the weight…

He was going to get within standards…

Maybe he was even going to have the body of his dreams…

He was finally going to lose all that stubborn stomach fat that was covering his body, making him look like a marshmallow…

He’s doing all these things with all his hopes of finally being healthy and looking good…

It all went down the tube, the shitter…

What happened?

The reality was that all he was doing, was taking this pill…

Don’t we all wish that it was so easy that you could just take a pill?

In the reality of things, what really matters, is when you look at supplements…

The key to the supplements is what they are called…

They are called ‘supplements’…

A ‘supplement’ is something that supplements what you are already doing…

It is not a replacement, it’s a supplement…

The point is, you still have to understand everything else that you’re doing correctly for the supplements to be effective…

If you do that…

If you do the other things correctly then the supplements enhance it and blow it through the roof…

It can triple the effects than without the supplements…

There are plenty of studies on it…

But the other things have to be done correctly…

What Are These Other Things Needed to Lose Weight?

I am going to tell you what those other things are and what supplements I take personally for weight loss…

Basically, I will tell you some stuff that you already know…

You already know about exercise, you already know about diet…

We’ve been hearing about this since we were in the grade school…

Diet and exercise!

It is like this old concept even though it’s still true, we’re sick of hearing it…

We don’t want to hear about diet and exercise, it’s nothing new…

You are not telling me anything knew, I already know about that stuff, right?

So I’m going to say physical activity, I’m not going to say exercise, because to me exercise is not important…

I don’t give a shit if you ever go to the gym, I don’t give a shit if you work out, lift weights or run 2 miles a day, I don’t give a shit…

The only thing that matters is physical activity…

You don’t have to work out hard, you just need to move more…

The other thing is the way that you eat is not that important…

Quit freaking out!

A Lot of Confusion over Food to Lose Weight

If I ever look at weight loss, there’s recipes and all this stuff on the internet about how to eat right…

Very little on movement, even though that is the cause of the problem, people focus so much on food…

I don’t know what it is that made us think that food is why we are fat even though it is not why we are fat…

I get the confusion, because what you eat makes sense…

I get it, I think the same way but I know that is not true…

They had the same food 50 years ago, that we have today…

They still had fast food, they still had hamburgers and sugary stuff, sugary sodas, fatty foods…

They had all the same stuff and they weren’t fat…

The only thing that has change is the portion has almost doubled…

The point is, stop eating so much…

That’s the simple truth, if you don’t eat as much, you will be alright…

Now, I do go into depth on nutrition and learning about how to eat healthy and really speed up the results, but that’s a whole other topic…

We don’t have time to get into my 3X results twice as fast stuff for building muscle and eating a perfect diet…

We are not getting into that now, we would be here for hours, literally…

But the big thing I do want talk about is the supplements…

Supplements That I Take to Burn Fat

They are all proven clinically…

First one is L-Carnitine, I take 3 grams a day…

You can take up to 3 grams a day, but it is better if you split it up into 3 times a day and get like a gram at a time…

All it really does, is it allows your body to use fat as an energy source, which all you ‘keto-freaks’ love that stuff…

You should be downing L-Carnitine all day, because that is your main goal…

But without being a ‘keto-freak’ you can still burn fat as an energy source, take some L-Carnitine…

Another one is the Capsicum Extract, it’s a fruit, it’s got thermogenic effects, we just talked about thermogenic, it heats up the body…

Now this one’s pretty cool because it’s actually an active component of the hot red pepper…

But it’s not spicy…

But you would still get all the effects of the red pepper, which turns your body into red hot furnace…

The thermogenic effect and it is proven to burn more calories by just taking some capsicum extract…

For that I recommend about 100 mg a day, split it up to 32 mg three times a day…

The Green Tea Extract…

This one you want to focus on the ECGC of higher than 50%…

It has a thermogenic effect as well so it will increase your metabolism and things like that…

With the Capsicum Extract, Green Tea Extract and L-Carnitine you’re going to be burning fat as an energy source, you’re going to burn extra calories for doing nothing, your metabolism really is going to be skyrocketed…

So this is a bonus but you still have to do the other stuff correctly…

Taking the supplements without doing the other things correctly is useless…

Just like the guy that I told you about…

Don’t be that guy!

Now there is two other I recommend…

It’s Gymnema Silvestre Extract, this one has been used in India for over 2,000 years and they call it the ‘sugar destroyer’…

It basically maintains a healthy level of blood sugar in the body for people that have healthy blood sugar levels already…

What that does is it helps to eliminates cravings…

That’s really cool, right?

That’s kinda like a two-fold effect in weight loss…

If you’re feeling hungry that makes it really hard so you want to eliminate the cravings…

The last one I recommend is called Chromate, it’s a form of chromium…

This one is also blood sugar stabilizer and it also works on the cravings…

So those two combined should eliminate all the cravings that you’re going to have…

For the Green Tea Extract I just recommend about 1 gram a day or 33 mg three times a day…

The Chromate is 400 mcg a day so you split that up to 134 mcg three times a day…

And that’s it!

I recommend taking them about 30 minutes before each meal, so you don’t overeat…

You won’t feel so hungry during the meal and you eat less of that meal…

So you will get your thermogenic effects, your body is burning like a little hot furnace…

You also eliminate a lot of the cravings and you’ll eat less during your meals…

That’s it!

That’s what you do to get the supplements to help you lose weight…

I see many type of fruits that have been proven to have similar effects…

You can take them but these are the ones I take…

I love them and they work great for me…

They complement my weight lifting workout routine and everything else that I do throughout the day…

That is pretty much it…

If you do a combination of physical activity combined with these supplements combined with understanding a little bit more about how to eat or at least eating less if nothing else…

You will be good to go…
