What is the perfect workout to be able to get toned and tight and lean body that other women are jealous of without getting bulky or muscular like a man…

So what is the perfect work out…

I am showing a person right now how to lose weight…

One of her biggest concerns was: “How do I lose weight but I don’t want to look like a man? I don’t want to be bulky like you. I don’t want to be bulky like a man. I just want to look like a lean, sexy woman”…

I am pretty sure that is about every woman’s concern, that is why most women I see in the gym most of the time are just doing all cardio…

You rarely see women on the weights because I think they are really afraid to lift weights, because they don’t want to get bulky…

That is one of the biggest concerns, so let’s address that…

It’s important to understand how it works.

Once you understand this you really will not have to worry about this looking like a man stuff ever again…

Men and Women Have Different Types of Bodies – Testosterone vs Estrogen

When I first got into bodybuilding and learning about losing weight, when I was 35 pounds overweight, I was trying to figure this stuff out…

Around that time I attended a shipshape course…

Over the years I’ve learned what the main difference is between a man and a woman…

I think if you understand the differences between a man and a woman, when it comes to their body types and structures, then you don’t have to worry about these things anymore..

At the end of the day when you look at all the main differences inside of the body when it comes to building muscle and putting on fat, it’s going to be the testosterone level that a man has…

It’s going to be a lot higher than a woman has…

It is so much higher that on average if a man body builds and a woman body builds on average a man will put on like 2 to 3 times as much muscle doing the same amount of workout, same amount of everything as a woman would…

In a year a man will put on 2 to 3 times more muscle than a woman will and it’s all due to testosterone, because that is really the main difference in men, women have higher levels of estrogen…

We all have testosterone and estrogen…

Women have high levels of estrogen, men have high levels of testosterone…

That’s really the big difference…

That’s good news for the women out there because that means you can do the same workout as a man, but you are not going to look like a man, because your body is not designed to look like a man…

I know you are thinking right now “Well, that is not true, because I see all these women out there who are really muscular and bulky and I don’t want to look like them”…

It’s Not Natural for A Woman To Look Muscular Like A Man

There is another side to this…

It depends on what their goal is…

For them to be that lean and that muscular, I am not saying it’s impossible for a woman to look like that, because obviously it isn’t, but it’s not natural…

9 times out of 10 they are probably taking a testosterone supplement or even steroids, you never know…

If it is all natural and they are keeping their current testosterone levels that they have and they are able to build a body like a man bodybuilder and look like a man…

If that is you then here is the solution…

Then you’ve got amazing genetics…

The way you are able to build a muscular body then you would follow the same principles as I would follow or anyone would follow when it comes to bodybuilding…

Think of bodybuilding as sculpting a work of art…

Let’s say you have this ball of clay and I need to mold this ball of clay into what I want it to look like…

My body in this situation is the clay, my bones are the structure and muscle is the clay…

If I get too much muscle in one location then I just take some of that clay off of there and if I want more muscle in some other area, I put more clay there…

Does that make sense?

Then if you don’t like how lean you look, don’t get so lean…

Put on some more body fat…

It’s going to be matter of tweaking your body until you figure out the way you like to look…

Women that you can see every little line on their body, all the little muscles, I’m pretty sure most women don’t want to look like that…

They don’t want to have a super lean body…

For a women, they would really have to work hard, really hard to get a lean body like you see on those bodybuilding women…

You probably do not have to worry about that unless you are on some extreme diets…

Modify Your Body as You Go to Get Toned and Sexy

Pretty much I would just recommend this…

Follow any workout routine you want really…

I recommend following mine, you can get amazing results really fast doing the methods that I teach for building muscle and things like that…

Just see how you start to look…

I would say, probably for a woman to keep the body fat percentage that’s going to give her the lean body without all those lining muscles, you’re probably are going to looking at around maybe 15% body fat for a woman…

For a man, like for me, I like to hang around 6-7% of body fat on average…

That is very lean but it is normal for a man…

A woman can hang around 15% body fat and she won’t look all liny and muscular like a man does…

Stop worrying about what you’re going to look like and just get on a routine and get your body going, see how you end up looking…

Then we can modify and tweak it as we go…

Just know that by default you’re not going to look like a man…

I mean, I’m in the Navy…

When we measure body fat percentages for men and women, they’re different…

A woman is allowed more body fat than a man…

The reason for that is our bodies are different…

Women are designed to have more body fat than a man does…

Stop worrying about it, get on a bodybuilding routine, start building your body and we can modify and tweak it as we go…

That is pretty much it…

You follow these things, do these things and you will get a lean, tight, sexy body that any women would want and be jealous of and they will be wondering how you did it…

The cool thing is you will learn along the way about your body, because everyone’s different…

You will get better understanding of your body, what looks good for you, what you like, how you like to look…

You will learn to be healthier along the way as well…

That is pretty much it…
