What The Weight Loss Internalization Method Is and How It Allows Me to Lose Weight Eating What Ever I Want

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the internalization method – what is it, how does it work…

It all started way back when I was stationed in Guam…

Guam is a little island on the Pacific Ocean…

It was a really small island…

I’m in the navy…

I was in the gym working out with my buddy that I had been doing the same work out with him for many months…

I enjoyed his company and we had a good time working out together…

I didn’t really achieve any good results…

I looked okay, I looked average, I wasn’t really cut up or have big muscles…

I remember very clearly, we were at the gym one day and this gym was a nice one with nice equipment, the lightning was really bright and good, there were a lot of windows at the back of it…

The whole wall was made of tall windows, so it had a lot of natural light coming in…

It was really just a big open room structure…

I remember this one guy who came in, he had a tank top on – one of those low cut ones…

You could just see his chest popping out…

It was big, even though he wasn’t a big guy…

A lot of time you see these guys are really big, 6 ft 6 inches, 4-inch wrist bone and they are just stocky…

Of course, they’ve got pounds of muscle flopping around because they have got a big structure to attach all that muscle to…

This guy wasn’t…

He was an average medium build, not much bigger than me…

I thought damn, that dude looks good! I remember his forearms that were a mountain range…

I could see all the valleys, all the lines, all the curves, hills and everything…

His forearms were really cut through…

I wondered; how did he get like that! How does he look like that? Funny thing is that he worked out the same amount of time in the gym as I did…

Wait a minute! Something ain’t right…

I Barely Had Any Results to Show While The Other Guy Had Amazing Results With Same Amount of Time

This guy is working out the same amount of time as I am, he’s getting results like that and I’m getting results like I have…

I want to get results like he did! I want to look like he does! I want to walk in the gym having people looking at me like that they would look over and be like ‘DAMN! That guy has got big muscles. He’s cut up, he is lean…

I want that feeling…

I want to walk in the room and feel like that and have that confidence…

Confidence must come with just looking that good that you must be attracting people to you, looking like that…

The problem was: I had no clue, how he does it…

I didn’t know what he was doing or how he got like that…

Relating Nutrition to Weight Loss and Getting The Body of Your Dreams

I went home and was determined that I have to figure this out…

I just started googling the hell out of this…

I searched for how to get cut up, how to look like that…

I found a book that I started to read…

I learned some stuff from there and then I went on and bought another book…

Then searched for more stuff and got more books, watched videos and all of this lasted for weeks and months of trying to learn everything…

I finally had a plan! I knew what I needed to do…

Holy crap!

There was this whole other side that I didn’t know about…

It was the side of nutrition…

I had been completely ignorant of it…

I had no idea what the nutrition even was…

I never even counted calories or looked at nutritional labels…

I just ate whatever was available…

It didn’t matter…

I just ate! I didn’t care…

At this point I had to start paying attention to that…

So, we started this journey of doing it…

I had a plan and I learned that NOW was the time to do it…

But man, there were some challenges along the way…

This was like a 2 – 3 year journey for me going through every day…

Time to Count Calories

One of the biggest challenges was having to count calories every day…

Having to figure out how many calories I needed to eat…

I’m busy person, I’m working and on top of that I was doing the calorie counting all the time…

I would just eat throughout the day whatever it was and if I had a snack, I would keep the wrapping and bring it home…

Or I would keep a mental note of what I ate throughout that day…

I remember getting home while my wife was cooking, she was in the kitchen making dinner…

I kept asking her what she put in the food…

She didn’t understand at first, what do I mean by that…

I was sitting at the table and calculated everything I ate up to this point of the day, so I would see how many calories I had left to eat…

The problem was that I needed to know what my wife was putting in the meal…

Let’s say I had 400 calories left to eat that day, so I asked my wife what did she put in the meal, what kind of ingredients she put in the meal…

She couldn’t remember exactly so she asked me what I was talking about at first…

Eventually she got to the point, where she knew I was going to ask these questions and the lovely woman that she is, she started to writing it down for me…

This had to be a lot of extra work for her! No one wants to do that, but she actually, at some point had a piece of paper with all the ingredients she had put in my meal with the exact measurements…

She was actually measuring all these things for me! She would write like table spoon of olive oil, 1 spoon of butter, 5 ounces of pasta, 1 cup of rice…

I love her for that but that must have been a lot of extra work for her and it wasn’t benefiting her in any way, it was all for me…

That was sweet and I love her for that, it was great…

So, I took that information and plugged it into MyFitnessPal app, which helped me figure out that the meal I was about to eat was actually 200 calories over, so I cut off some parts of it…

I left out some rice and sauce and thought I am down 200 calories now…

All of this was just draining…

Then what about when I went out to eat at a restaurant and they didn’t have calories on the menu…

Or on travel I didn’t know what I was going to do…

I told my wife “I can’t eat here, honey. I’ve got to go to the Subway, because they’ve got a calorie count there and I know what they’re eating at Subway” What a nightmare! What a horrible way to live…

I need to know everything I am eating all of the time and I can’t eat at specific places, I can’t eat certain meals, because I don’t know what’s in it…

That was just one of the challenges along the way…

Another one of the challenges I met was that I did not know how to tear my muscles in the gym…

That was a huge learning point for me and a big changing point…

I had been working out a ton of time, I would go to the gym and it was just wasted…

I would not gain any muscle in my workouts…

It was completely wasted time when other people in the same amount of time were getting huge results and I wasn’t…

There were a lot of conflicts along the way as I was getting toward my goal…

At some point, 2 to 3 years later I actually got to the point where something happened…

I was getting results now…

It started to happen! I was there, I was at the hill, I was at the point where I thought that YES, I’ve done it!

Three years later after being through hell, I’ve counted my calories forever, I’m finally here…

Celebrate! I finally figured this out…

I’ve gone down to 8% body fat…

I have done it!

The Discovery of The Weight Loss Internalization Method

Something happened at this point…

I came home one day and my wife had prepared her little sheet, it had all the calories written down…

I was sitting and thinking that I don’t need this anymore…

Something weird was taking place inside of my brain…

I didn’t need that anymore…

I didn’t log it and I didn’t tell her either, I just didn’t log it…

Next day came and I didn’t log it again…

I had been logging my calories for almost 2 years straight at this point and I had stopped logging calories…

Not because I was tired of it, but something was changing in me…

I had to figure this out…

So I stopped…

Eventually, I told her I stopped, so she didn’t have to waste her time on it anymore…

All of the sudden I had it…

It was inside my brain…

I wasn’t thinking about it anymore…

I could eat anywhere! I was going out, I could eat any place, because I just knew what I needed to eat…

I just knew it…

What is this? What has happened to me? Weight loss is so easy now…

I don’t count calories…

Working out at the gym was the same way…

All of the sudden when I was going to the gym, I didn’t need the work out plan…

Before I had all of these apps I was skimming through to find out, what I got to do that day…

I watched videos of what exercises I needed to do and how many reps…

All of a sudden I didn’t need that either…

And I was getting incredible tears on my muscles at the gym in no time…

I could tear a muscle in five minutes flat anywhere…

Man! What is going on? I can tear my muscles, I don’t need any help, I don’t need any programs, I’m eating anywhere I want, I’m still losing weight…

I gotten down to 5% body fat and I’m not even counting calories or any type of diet…

I was eating whatever I wanted…

What is this? That was the change that took place inside of me…

I had to call it something…

I thought about it for a while until I came up with the name ‘ The Internalization Method’…

I see the world so differently now…

It was not the same as it was before…

I noticed now people talking about that they can’t eat certain things, like bread or other things that are high in carbohydrates or fats…

I started to observe these things…

I started to feel sorry for people, because people who were saying these things, were overweight…

They didn’t know what the heck they were doing…

I thought if only they knew what I knew, if I could transfer the knowledge from my brain to theirs, then they wouldn’t have to think about not eating that bread anymore…

They could eat the bread that they wanted to eat…

Because those people are the same ones that a month from now would say that they couldn’t stay on the diet…

That they fell off the wagon…

They just ate the bread for a week straight and they can’t go back on the diet anymore…

They’d gained all the weight back…

Oh my god! I just want to help then, but how do I do it?

That’s when I thought, what if I could somehow take that internalization method that I’ve learned and transfer it into other peoples’ brains in a way that it doesn’t take them three years to figure it out like I did…

That would be so cool if I could do that…

This is my story about the Internalization method…

I hope that it explains a little more of what I am trying to do…
